This sign in page is only for the user types above. Please check the website of the company you are enrolled with or contact them to locate their sign in page.
They need to provide you with their special customer portal link. The link will look like one of these formats: "https://app.enrollsy.com/r/1234abc" or "https://app.enrollsy.com/sign-in/[company-name]".
You might also want to verify your login email address with them to make sure it is the valid email you expect on your account.
